We begin by creating a comprehensive, written list of the client's strategic and operational criteria. This includes site or existing facility requirements, labor needs, utility infrastructure, logistics priorities, capital investment, surrounding use concerns, and support from local government. The Request for Proposal is then distributed within a thoughtfully-defined search region.

Evaluate

Responses are reviewed and narrowed through structured desktop analysis and direct on-site inspection. Alternatives are narrowed using consistent operational, financial, and regulatory criteria specific to Food and Beverage environments. Leadership site visits are focused on viable solutions, pre-screened by KLS.

Execute

Once preferred solutions are identified, KLS leads Real Estate acquisition negotiations, negotiates and formalizes incentive awards, and coordinates pre-closing milestones with legal and technical resources.
